Dr. Gökçe Sarısu Kanmaz is a partner in the Firm and focuses on tax practice. She specializes in tax dispute resolution and management of tax controversies at the administrative and judicial stages, representing Turkish and multinational corporations during the tax audits and tax litigation and management of possible tax controversy risks. Gökçe has also notable experience in advising tax efficient structuring and implementation of tax-free tools. She advises local and multinational corporations on tax law in the technology, healthcare, real estate and fast moving consumer goods sectors.

Dr. Silem Keki is an expert transactional lawyer with more than 20 years of experience in handling complex cross-border transactions in a variety of sectors, including energy, automotive, construction, FMCG and pharmaceuticals. He advises a wide range of clients from strategic investors to private equity houses and individual investors. He also has significant experience in anti-bribery and other compliance-related matters.
Dr. Keki combines his extensive practical experience with a strong academic background. His JD thesis, entitled “Deutsches und türkisches Konzernrecht in der rechtsvergleichenden Betrachtung”, compares the provisions applying to group companies in Germany to those in Turkey.
He is a co-author of the 4th edition of the highly reputable “Handbuch Vertragsverhandlung und Vertrags management” published by the Dr. Otto Schmidt publishing house in 2014. He teaches at post-graduate programs and regularly publishes articles on important legal developments and contributes to books.
